Why we think we're the right people to build this
Financial software has mostly been built by engineers working from a specification, one step removed from the desk that actually strikes a NAV or answers to a regulator. It shows — in the gaps between modules, in the reports that don't reconcile, in the workflows nobody who has run an operation would have designed.
We think that constraint has shifted. Building software used to be the expensive, scarce part, which is why domain experts hired engineers and hoped the translation survived. It doesn't cost what it used to. What is scarce now is knowing, in detail, how the money actually moves — which reconciliation breaks matter, why a struck NAV must be immutable, what a regulator asks for and in what format.
So we inverted it. The people who know the operation design and build the product, and independent technical assurance is brought in to audit what we've built rather than to interpret what we meant. That is why this team looks the way it does: a portfolio manager, an auditor and an investment analyst — not a software company that hired a finance consultant.
Domain first
Every workflow in PM360 was designed by someone who has had to perform it under a deadline.
Built, then audited
Independent technical review checks our work — it doesn't stand between us and the product.
Accountable by default
We hold ourselves to the controls our own industry is held to. See security & trust.
Who we are
Samuel Adu-Boateng
Close to five years in Ghana's investment industry, and currently a portfolio manager at a licensed fund management company, running high-net-worth and institutional portfolios with net assets of over GH¢1.6 billion.
PM360 began as the system that was missing from that desk: one place where onboarding, portfolios, NAVs, custody, fees, accounting and client reporting agree with each other, and where every movement of money leaves a trail somebody can audit. It was designed around operations run daily — which is why it handles the parts most systems quietly leave to a spreadsheet.
Emmanuel Ankomah-Arthur
Close to four years in audit, currently with one of the Big Four accounting firms. He brings the assurance perspective to a product whose whole promise is that the numbers reconcile.
Bertha Boakye Yiadom
Over three years as an investment portfolio analyst. She shapes what we build and how it runs, from the side of the desk that has to use it.
Esther Asantewaa
She oversees our legal affairs — contracts, data protection and the regulatory questions that come with holding a firm's records.
Governance
Zetmos LTD is incorporated in Ghana and has a non-executive director on its board, providing oversight independent of day-to-day management. We think a company asking licensed firms to trust it with their book should be able to say who checks its own decisions.
